What is contained in the kit?

Your kit contains everything you will need to do a finger-prick blood test in the comfort of your own home. This includes sterile

How do I take the test?

Start by laying everything in the pack out on a table or clean work surface. You need to be standing with your hand below your elbow. This means that gravity will help your blood to flow. Get the tubes that will collect your sample set up. The kit includes a one-time use lancet which will puncture your skin. It is a small prick. You will not see the needle and the lancet is completely hygienic. Simply massage your hand and guide the blood into the tube. Depending on which test you have purchased, you will need to fill either one or two tubes. This entire process will take about two minutes. Once filled, pop the cap on the tube. Complete the labels supplied with the pack and stick these to the tube. These then go into the box. Complete the return form. This goes with the box into the envelope, also supplied. The whole package can go into the post, postage is already paid.

It is important that you post this the same day. Avoid posting on weekends or at times when the post might not be collected for a day or two.
