Within your Continuing Care programme, depending on which programme you have chosen, you can receive tips and helpful articles from our weight loss experts and healthcare professionals on how to maintain your weight, as you begin to find that balance between what to eat and what activities to do, all the time, keeping a healthy mindset.

Through the Continuing Care programme, we will continue to work with you to ensure you don’t return to some of the old habits that caused you to gain weight in the first place.
