The Slimming Clinic offer the following treatments as aids to your weight loss journey:

Am I overweight?
One way to work out whether you are overweight or obese is to work out your Body Mass Index (BMI). Check yours by using our BMI calculator. If your BMI is on the higher end of the scale, it can lead to health risks in the future. In order to lower your BMI, it is suggested that you modify your diet and lifestyle.
For advice on how to do this, you can book a one-to-one weight loss consultation with one of our doctors who will discuss the best programme for you.
