Chocolate Avocado Mousse Pots Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 50g raw cacao powder
  • 3-4 tbsp runny honey (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Place the avocados in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of honey, along with the vanilla extract and cacao powder. Blend again until fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
  4. Spoon the mousse into 8 small serving glasses or ramekins.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
