The Slimming Clinic is excited to announce our newest exciting project. Over the next 12 weeks we will be releasing a weekly workout video with the The Slimming Clinic fitness coach Sam Kay.

Each workout is designed to help you lose weight and feel great. The workout consists of high intensity, fat burning exercises that will get your heart rate up and burn calories. We will be releasing a new workout video weekly for the next 12 weeks and you should aim to complete this workout as many times as you can each week. Do not worry if you struggle initially, for every exercise Sam demonstrates 3 levels of intensity so that you can do the workout at your own pace.

If you are new to exercise and are looking to get started, burn calories and tone up then the The Slimming Clinic 12 week workout challenge is for you!

Each week workout is 30 minutes long consisting of three different sets of three exercises. You will do each exercise for 45 seconds back to back with 30 seconds rest in between each set and then repeat. There will then be a grand finale with a run through of all three sets of exercises back to back with no rest in between.

The 12 week workout challenge is in the format of HIIT (high intensity interval training). HIIT means you give 100% effort in quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short periods of rest. This type of exercise keeps your heart rate up and burns fat more quickly.

Sam Kay is the The Slimming Clinic fitness coach and she is completing each and every one of the exercises with you. She is a qualified personal trainer with loads of experience. Sam is passionate about exercise and fitness and is confident that if you follow these plans for 12 weeks you will see your own transformation.

Exercising boosts your metabolism, burns calories and keeps you fit and feeling great. Once you have lost weight, you can still continue to use the 12 week programme to tone up and get fitter.
