12 Week Workout Challenge Week 1 - 12
Welcome to the complete set of The Slimming Clinic 12 week workout challenge with fitness coach Sam Kay. Each workout is designed to help you lose weight and feel great. The workout consists of high intensity, fat burning exercises that will get your heart rate up and burn calories. We will be releasing a new workout video weekly for the next 12 weeks and you should aim to complete this workout as many times as you can each week. Do not worry if you struggle initially, for every exercise Sam demonstrates 3 levels of intensity so that you can do the workout at your own pace. If you are new to exercise and are looking to get started, burn calories and tone up then the The Slimming Clinic 12 week workout challenge is for you! Each week workout is 30 minutes long consisting of three different sets of three exercises. You will do each exercise for 45 seconds back to back with 30 seconds rest in between each set and then repeat.
