I was a size 22 and now I am a size 14 and have even found it quite easy! I have quit smoking for over 10 months now and I just have an e-cigarette so that I have something in my hand so that I can keep the weight off and I don’t have to eat.

I joined The Slimming Clinic because I have tried many diets and failed. I stopped smoking and put on 4 stone so a friend recommended the clinic to me and the rest is history. I was a size 22 and now I am a size 14 and have even found it quite easy! As soon as I started to lose the weight, I went straight into Primark, picked up a size 18 and was shocked that it was too big! I’m now a size 14 and love that I can shop in Primark.
