I had tried numerous diets all had been unsuccessful. I yoyo dieted and could never maintain a high weight loss solution. I’ve attempted fad diets, and had joined Slimming World but could never seem to get past 1/2 stone in weight loss. I always reverted back to put the weight back on. I was totally miserable with not being able to get in clothes and looking overweight, and not wanting to go out on nights out as I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. I wanted a healthier lifestyle.
