Anastasia’s Story
My health was starting to suffer I noticed my knees were becoming sore and I generally felt so tired and lethargic.
I had managed to lose about a stone but then really struggled to shift any more weight. A friend recommended The Slimming Clinic to me and I had seen her be successful with The Slimming Clinic and I am so glad I started the journey. I’ve tried sooo many fad diets and random exercise programmes.
The best thing about my weight loss programme is that I can actually control my portion sizes as and feel motivated to exercise, all with a doctor led programme. It is fantastic to have the support from the clinic who are always happy to help and advise.
For me portion control and appetite was my biggest hurdle… now I am able to maintain healthy portions of healthy meals.

1. Increasing protein (I was shocked how much of a difference this made) .
2. Keep moving , if you don’t feel like exercising start small just try and stay moving.
3. Drink plenty of water.
