Kay's weight loss journey starts..... She reflects on how her weight increased over time, especially after COVID, and admits she didn’t realise how unhealthy some of her food and drink habits were, like adding syrup to coffee and frequent snacking. It wasn’t until speaking with a doctor at The Slimming Clinic that she became more mindful of her habits.
Kay shares that her experience with The Slimming Clinic has been very positive and supportive, much more than just ordering medication online. She was prescribed Mounjaro because it has fewer side effects than some other options, which was important to her.

Starting Mounjaro
Kay has received her package of Mounjaro this morning and is really looking forward to getting started and seeing results. It has arrived in discreet packaging and she's going to be storing it in the fridge as advised, ready to start her Mounjaro weight loss injections journey.
Day Two - Feeling Better After A Bit Of Nausea
Just two days after her last Mounjaro injection, Kay is already noticing positive shifts. After experiencing a bit of nausea yesterday, she’s feeling much better today and even managed to get out for a light jog this morning. That boost of movement has left her feeling energised, motivated, and optimistic about the road ahead. With each day, she’s becoming more confident and focused on seeing real progress in her weight loss journey.
Day 8 - Positive Experience
Eight days into her journey with Mounjaro, Kay reflects on a very different and encouraging experience compared to a previous weight loss medication she tried over a year ago.
