Per tablet: 25 g Vitamin D3 (from Cholecalciferol equivalent to 1,000iu). Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate), Anti-caking agent (Magnesium Stearate)
Tablets are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.
Directions
Take 1 tablet, up to 2 times a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
