Do I have to change my diet whilst on the medication?
Whilst the medications work with you to help control your cravings, we do encourage you to adopt a healthy eating plan alongside them. We can work with you to help curb cravings, suggest replacements and give dietary advice on how to make sure you don’t sabotage your weight loss journey with the foods you are eating!
Am I overweight?
One way to work out whether you are overweight or obese is to work out your Body Mass Index (BMI). Check yours by using our BMI calculator. If your BMI is on the higher end of the scale, it can lead to health risks in the future. In order to lower your BMI, it is suggested that you modify your diet and lifestyle.

Can Doctors Prescribe Weight Loss Medication?
Weight loss medication can be prescribed by specialist GMC-registered doctors.
Do I have to exercise whilst taking the medication?
Increasing your activity levels is proven to improve your general health and well-being and we do encourage some movement alongside a healthier diet and the medication.
We understand that for some, the thought of exercising can be daunting! But don’t worry – we’re not expecting you to run marathons! We will work alongside you to find the best way for you to get moving, no matter your fitness starting point.
What's the difference between WL tablets and WL injections?
Weight loss tablets and injections both aid in weight loss but work differently. Tablets are taken orally and can reduce appetite, block fat absorption, or boost metabolism with ingredients like caffeine or fibre. Injections, administered with a needle, mimic hormones that control hunger and blood sugar, such as GLP-1 or GLP-1 GIP, reducing appetite, slowing digestion, and improving insulin use.

If you book an Express appointment and fail to submit the Pre Consultation information, the Doctor will be unable to prescribe and you will need to rebook and pay a deposit. At an appointment you may purchase a programme in two ways; you may pay in advance for three months or more to receive a discount or pay via subscription. You may not purchase a single month. Your subscription is cancellable at any time. We will require 2 weeks notice before your payment date if you do wish to cancel.
