This month’s slimming superstar is Andreea Isac from Basildon who lost 4 stone with The Slimming Clinic and now looks and feels fantastic!
After giving birth to twin boys, Andreea had begun to slowly gain more weight. Unhappy with the way she looked, and with her asthma getting worse, Andreea knew it was time to lose weight. As well as this, she also drinks plenty of water throughout the day and a whole glass of water before each meal. “I feel that the key to great weight loss is not to give up and try to be persistent and consistent. It takes time and patience but it is really worth it and you’ll love the results!” She also recommends exercising everyday or at least trying your best to. Andreea walks 2.2 miles each day as well as occasionally going swimming.
